Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist the public by answering inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute routine correspondence and memos.
- Support department staff with various administrative projects and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet navigation).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
