Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to federal department staff and management.
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications
