Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications via secure federal systems
- Support data entry and record management in VA databases
- Assist veterans with benefit inquiries via phone and in-person
- Prepare official correspondence following federal formatting standards
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal regulations (training provided)
