Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails to appropriate staff members.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist senior staff with research, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and manage office supply inventory.
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front-desk experience.
- Support agency compliance with federal regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Mandatory: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
