Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and organizing filing systems.
- Greet visitors and provide basic information about our agency.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Support the administrative staff with various projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
