Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain high-volume filing systems for federal documents and records.
- Perform accurate data entry and update electronic databases with confidential information.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and internal staff to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and government forms.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and regulatory filings.
- Answer multi-line telephone systems and route calls with professionalism.
- Support the team with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
