Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support federal policy initiatives and program evaluations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefing documents, and memoranda for senior agency leadership.
- Assist in the development and review of grant proposals and budget justifications.
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations, statutes, and agency-specific guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of project documentation and regulatory updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation and obtain a favorable security clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
