Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official government records and databases with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols and state regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support policy formulation, budgeting, and community development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with local officials, department heads, and community stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and legislative bodies.
- Assist in the coordination of public outreach programs and emergency response planning efforts.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to mitigate risk and ensure accountability.
- Oversee the intake and processing of public inquiries and applications in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working within a government, public sector, or non-profit organization is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government-specific software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- U.S. Citizenship and a valid driver’s license are required for this position.
