Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and documents in a timely manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive electronic and physical records.
- Assist senior staff with administrative tasks, project coordination, and scheduling.
- Answer telephone inquiries professionally and route calls to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare routine correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials as required.
- Support the office with various clerical duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ words per minute).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
