Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL and Excel to support operational decision-making
- Create compelling visualizations and reports that communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for agency challenges
- Participate in continuous training programs to master advanced analytical techniques

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field (STEM, social sciences, or business preferred)
