Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to deliver strategic insights
- Design automated data pipelines for real-time analytics
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Maintain rigorous data governance and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal data analysis roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with DoD data systems (e.g., DCII, DODAAS)
- Strong understanding of federal data privacy regulations
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics preferred
