Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document management for federal records.
- Provide administrative support to federal agency managers and staff.
- Assist in processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and correspondence.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs or reports for government stakeholders.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for non-citizen citizenship under federal law.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must successfully pass a Federal background investigation and security clearance check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
