Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule executive meetings, prepare agendas, and compile minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office supply inventory, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate records management systems.
- Prepare, format, and proofread complex reports, briefings, and federal documentation.
- Facilitate the flow of information between departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of federal travel vouchers and expense reports.
- Provide technical support for office equipment and software applications.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional office environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic document management systems.
- Security: Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background investigation and/or security clearance.
