Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to federal department heads and senior officials.
- Process and categorize incoming mail, emails, and electronic communications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and filing systems for sensitive government documents.
- Assist with data collection, entry, and basic analysis to support departmental reports.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Attend team meetings and take minutes to ensure action items are tracked.
Qualifications
