Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for federal computer systems and networks.
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data to support policy development.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with federal data privacy regulations.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and assist in the implementation of security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Document technical procedures and assist in the training of new hires.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this federal position.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
