Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to federal agency employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the provisioning, imaging, and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, tickets, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with federal IT policies and protocols.
- Monitor system performance and report potential issues to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this federal contract position.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation result.
