Responsibilities
- Assist federal employees with hardware and software troubleshooting and technical support.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including printers, networks, and workstations.
- Log and track technical support tickets in the federal ticketing system.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and IT policies.
- Perform routine system updates and backups under supervision.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical staff members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
