Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the general public in person and via phone/email.
- Assist with the intake, processing, and maintenance of official government records and files.
- Perform data entry and analysis to support agency operations and reporting.
- Communicate complex federal policies and procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing to undergo standard federal onboarding procedures.
