Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and answering multi-line telephones.
- Assist senior staff with organizing and maintaining physical and digital records.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments in a professional manner.
- Prepare, compose, and distribute routine correspondence and memos.
- Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Update and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Experience: No prior work experience or specialized training is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Background: Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug screening.
