Responsibilities
- Support Federal Operations: Assist in the coordination and execution of federal programs and initiatives under the guidance of senior management.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data to prepare reports and briefings for federal stakeholders.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure all federal documentation meets regulatory standards and audit requirements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external agencies, facilitating clear and effective communication channels.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions for federal staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, or a related field is preferred. High school diploma with equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software applications.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Detail Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
