Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of federal documentation and correspondence to ensure compliance with strict government guidelines.
- Conduct research on regulatory changes, legislative updates, and agency policies to provide accurate information to stakeholders.
- Manage high-volume data entry tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date records within secure federal databases and CRM systems.
- Communicate effectively with government officials, internal team members, and external partners regarding project status and procedural requirements.
- Support the compliance department in preparing materials for federal audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Monitor incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments efficiently to reduce response times.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with federal procurement processes and administrative best practices.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary government software quickly.
- Integrity: Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
