Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of federal records and digital databases.
- Provide general administrative support to federal agency staff, including data entry and document preparation.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments professionally.
- Screen and sort incoming mail, emails, and packages for distribution.
- Support team members with scheduling meetings and coordinating office logistics.

Qualifications
