As a Federal Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of government offices. Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments professionally.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of federal documents and personnel files.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Facilitate the intake process for new employees and visitors to the facility.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and office procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for federal employment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- No prior professional experience is required; we provide full training.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and fingerprinting process.
