Responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical duties including data entry, filing, and scanning of documents.
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of physical and digital records in compliance with federal standards.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Qualifications
