- Maintain accurate and secure digital and physical records in compliance with government regulations.
- Assist senior staff with data entry tasks, filing, and generating routine administrative reports.
- Answer high-volume phone inquiries and respond to email correspondence with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth office operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior professional experience is necessary; we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
