Responsibilities
- Assist department heads with the preparation and organization of official documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records in accordance with government regulations.
- Perform routine data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support administrative staff with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating internal communications.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to learn government protocols, software systems, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Professional demeanor and a customer-focused mindset.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
