Responsibilities
- Analyze municipal data sets to identify trends and support decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive reports for city council and department heads
- Research best practices in public administration and policy development
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and stakeholder communications
- Support implementation of new municipal programs and initiatives
- Maintain compliance with federal/state/local regulations
- Present findings to public officials through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain government security clearance
- U.S. citizenship and valid Colorado driver's license
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
