Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and accurate information regarding city services.
- Record Administration: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing, data entry, and updating departmental databases.
- Communication Support: Route incoming calls to the appropriate departments and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Document Processing: Prepare, proofread, and distribute memos, reports, and correspondence using standard office software.
- Office Coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing meeting rooms, and inventory management of office supplies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No previous professional work experience is necessary; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation.
