Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or services.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records and filing systems.
- Answer telephones and take detailed messages or direct calls.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and administrative paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and staff members.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Texas Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory).
