Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and route incoming calls to ensure timely communication.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate electronic and physical records.
- Prepare routine correspondence, memos, and reports as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and reception area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior professional experience or government work history is required; we are looking for candidates eager to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
