Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document processing with high accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist senior staff with preparing reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in both digital and physical filing systems.
- Process applications and documents for various city programs and community initiatives.
- Assist in the organization of departmental events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to government protocols.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Arizona Driverβs License is preferred but not mandatory.
