Responsibilities
- Manage Public Records: Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital documents in accordance with government regulations.
- Assist Visitors: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate departments with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into our internal database systems and verify information for accuracy.
- Communication Support: Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries via email regarding office procedures.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure office environment for staff and the public.
- Record Keeping: Assist in the preparation of meeting minutes and distribution of official correspondence.
- Support Administration: Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and shredding confidential documents.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
