Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming mail, applications, and official documents with high accuracy.
- Greet and assist visitors and citizens at the front counter, answering general inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Perform data entry tasks using various computer software and database systems.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with city protocols.
- Assist senior staff with special projects and administrative support tasks as needed.
- Copy, scan, and distribute documents efficiently to ensure timely communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
