Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily operations of government offices and departments.
• Process and maintain accurate, confidential records and data entry.
• Communicate effectively with the public, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and memos using standard office software.
• Support senior staff with administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
