- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases in compliance with data protection laws (GDPR).
- Office Operations: Manage daily office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and resource allocation for government staff.
- Compliance Assistance: Assist senior officers in ensuring that all procedures adhere to current UK legislative standards.
- Report Generation: Prepare routine statistical reports to help management identify trends and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent qualifications, including English and Mathematics.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide full training for successful candidates.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
