Responsibilities
- Assist the department with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and internal staff via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Conduct research and compile statistical data for internal reports and public presentations.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project calendars.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure a clean, organized workspace for the team.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and correspondence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driverβs License is preferred.
