Responsibilities
- Support department heads in program implementation and administrative coordination
- Manage citizen inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare official documents, reports, and correspondence following government protocols
- Assist in grant application processes and compliance documentation
- Coordinate community outreach events and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain digital and physical records using municipal systems
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- US citizenship or legal authorization to work in government sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
