Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Conduct routine data analysis to support decision-making processes for government clients.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system records for compliance auditing.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives by identifying vulnerabilities and applying patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Participate in training programs to develop advanced technical skills in government frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret level).
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation and drug screening.
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards (e.g., FISMA) is a plus.
