Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain NIST-compliant security controls for DoD systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified networks
- Develop incident response plans and lead cybersecurity breach mitigation
- Manage IAM systems including PKI and multi-factor authentication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools and analyze threat intelligence
- Document security policies and procedures for federal compliance
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal IT security frameworks
- Certification in CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux security hardening
- Experience with DoD RMF (Risk Management Framework)
- Knowledge of FISMA and CMMC requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
