Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for federal agency hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of computer networks and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to ensure compliance with federal security standards and protocols.
- Perform routine data backups, system updates, and security patching.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer hardware.
- Strong desire to learn and obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
