Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track incoming service requests and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Assist federal employees with Microsoft Office suite applications and email systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT support interactions and system configurations.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve service delivery and documentation processes.
Qualifications
