Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and office supplies.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Conduct basic training sessions for staff on software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for U.S. government employment.
