Responsibilities
- Process pension applications and retirement benefit calculations using proprietary software
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Verify employment history and service credit documentation
- Assist with annual plan audits and regulatory compliance reporting
- Prepare benefit statements and educational materials for plan participants
- Collaborate with finance teams on quarterly financial reconciliations
- Participate in cross-departmental process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of retirement plan structures and ERISA regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
