Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Federal HR/Pension certification (e.g., CBP, CFP) preferred
- Expertise in federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS) and TSP
- Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., NFC, NSPS) and MS Office
