Responsibilities

- Support member outreach initiatives through digital communications and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and process improvements
- Participate in quarterly benefit reviews and scenario modeling exercises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of financial analysis or pension administration experience
- Proficiency in Excel and basic database management
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of government pension structures preferred
