- Assist in pension fund administration including member enrollment, record maintenance, and benefit calculations
- Conduct data analysis to ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA and Oregon pension laws
- Respond to member inquiries regarding retirement plans and eligibility requirements
- Prepare reports for fund managers and regulatory bodies using specialized software

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in pension administration or financial services
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn specialized pension software
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of government pension regulations preferred
