Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and verification of pension applications and claims.
- Update and maintain accurate employee pension records in the database.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pension eligibility and benefits.
- Prepare routine reports on pension fund status for senior management.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Organize and file pension documentation in accordance with state laws.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
