Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and drafting policy recommendations for civil rights initiatives
- Support community outreach programs and stakeholder engagement events
- Compile and analyze demographic data to inform policy decisions

- Coordinate with state agencies and community organizations on collaborative projects

Qualifications
