Responsibilities
- Assist with the intake, processing, and filing of administrative documents and permits.
- Review incoming applications and data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to constituents via phone, email, and in-person.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records within the departmental database.
- Collaborate with senior staff to learn government processes and procedures.
- Support special projects and events related to city operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet navigation).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
