Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records to ensure data accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Office Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, and preparing meeting materials and agendas.
- Visitor Relations: Greet visitors and guests in a professional manner, assisting with check-in processes and providing directions.
- Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings for senior staff, coordinating calendars to maximize productivity.

Qualifications
